Baked salmon meatballs

Ingredients:
- 1kg. salmon (skinless fillet)
- 1 large onion
- 3-4 cloves of garlic
- a few sprigs of fresh dill
- 3-4 tablespoons of einkorn flour
- salt and pepper to taste
Ingredients for the dip of avocado:
- 1 avocado
- 3-4 tablespoons sour cream
- fresh lemon juice (half a lemon)
- salt to taste
- fresh dill to taste
Method:
I put the salmon, onion, garlic cloves, salt, pepper and dill in a chopper and beat until reaching a homogeneous mixture. Then I added the flour and kneaded the meatballs with my hands. I formed medium-sized balls, which I pressed lightly between my palms. I arranged on a large baking tray with a baking paper. I didn’t add oil because the salmon is fat enough on its own.
I baked in a preheated oven at 200 degrees, until ready (approx. 15-17min).
While waiting for the meatballs to get ready, I also made the avocado dip by mashing all the ingredients in the blender. And Voila!
I presented by putting the avocado dip in a sauce cup next to the baked salmon meatballs but you can also spread it over them. 👌🏼
