Healthy chocolate brownie

Ingredients:
- 1 teaspoon carob flour
- 1/2 teacup ground oats
- 50-60ml. coconut milk
- 100g. honey
- 2 tablespoon coconut oil
- 80g. black chocolate
- 2 pcs. vanilla
- 1 pc. baking powder
Method:
First, I mixed all the dry ingredients and stirred them well. Then I mixed the dark chocolate after melting it in a water bath, the honey and the coconut oil. It’s important to add the coconut milk in a thin stream.
Finally, I mixed everything very well to get a homogeneous, smooth mixture.
I baked it in a deep baking tray covered with a baking paper in a preheated oven at 200 degrees for about 15 minutes. And Voila!
Check frequently with a toothpick during the baking process. Be careful, if you overcook, the brownie will become a regular cake.
