Homemade buckwheat sticks with Emmental

Ingredients:

  • 200g. buckwheat flour
  • 150g. Emmental
  • 2pcs. Eggs
  • 1tsp. Thyme
  • 1tsp. Regan
  • 1tsp. Smoked red pepper
  • Salt to taste
  • 2tbsp. olive oil
  • 7-8 tbsp. Water

Method:

First I mixed the flour with the eggs, spices, olive oil and water. A sticky dough was obtained, to which I added the emmental. I knead well and if necessary you add a little more flour.

I made small balls, which I spread with my palms to get medium-thick sticks. I arranged on baking paper in a large baking try.

I smeared the sticks with a silicone brush with olive oil and baked in a preheated fan oven at 175 degrees. I baked for about 20 minutes. And Voilà!
