Homemade rye bread

Ingredients:

  • 250g. yoghurt
  • 150g. full grain flower
  • 120g. Rye flour
  • 1tsp bicarbonate of soda
  • 1tbsp olive oil
  • 1tsp vinegar
  • 50g. pitted green olives
  • salt to taste

Method:

In a suitable bowl, I poured the soda into the yogurt and vinegar.

I mixed the flours, salt and the mixture already obtained above. Finally, I added olive oil and olives, which I cut in half in advance (I also added 2-3 tablespoons of the marinade/olive water). The thick and sticky mixture, poured on baking paper in a suitable small baking tray.

I baked for 40-45 minutes in a preheated oven at 200 degrees. And Voilà!
