Wholegrain crackers

Ingredients:

  • 2 teacups wholegrain flour
  • 1/2 tea cup fine oatmeal
  • 1 teaspoon baking soda
  • 1 teaspoon himalayan salt
  • 2 tablespoons melted butter
  • 1 teaspoon oregano
  • 1 teacup of water

Method:

First I made a soft dough from the flour, oatmeal, baking soda, oregano, salt and water. I also added the melted butter for more elasticity.

On a baking paper I spread a sheet (about 5 mm) from the dough using a rolling pin. Then I used a brandy cup to cut small circles, which I moved directly into a large baking tray together with the baking paper.

I baked it in a preheated oven at 200 degrees for about 20 minutes. Voila! 🙂
